Beta Waves

The beta wave is one that I deeply respect since it was the first binaural tone I ever listened to. I remember very well that after I listened to this tone I was so focused and concentrated that I wrote three articles without stopping or even wanting to stop. Scientifically the Beta wave is between 13-40 Hz and is connected to active, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration, arousal, cognition.

For me this is one of the best brain waves and I am sure I am not alone. Many of the people that live a fast life have the need for good a good focus and concentration. That is exactly what I get from this brainwave. Why don’t you see for yourself and check if you can also get back into focus in today’s fast world.

You can find a Beta Brainwave on through this source. If you would rather have a look at the other brain waves and their functions go back to this page.
